Each school sealed off
Every school’s records are kept apart by rules inside the database itself — not just by the screens.
People see only their part
A teacher sees their classes, a parent only their own children, the accountant only accounts.
Every change on record
Marks, fees, access and settings changes are written to an audit log with who and when.
Safe sign-in
Each person signs in with their own password or a one-time WhatsApp code — passwords are stored scrambled, and nobody can read them.
Where data lives
Records of schools in India are stored on servers in India (Mumbai). All traffic is encrypted end to end over HTTPS.
Access by role
The school admin decides who sees what. Thirteen roles — from principal to driver — each see only the screens their work needs.
Payments you can trust
Online fees go through a regulated payment gateway; card and bank details never touch Miz School. A payment is marked paid only after the gateway confirms it.
Certificates that can be checked
Certificates carry a code anyone can verify online, so a forged document is caught at once.
Your data is yours
The school owns its records. You can download them whenever you like, and they are never sold or used for advertising.
Safety at the gate
A child leaves early only after the gate checks the one-time code sent to the parent. Every pass is logged.
What schools ask about security
Can another school see our data?
No. Each school’s records are separated by rules inside the database, which are checked on every request — the app cannot show one school’s data to another.
What if a staff member leaves?
The school admin switches off their access and it stops at once. Their past actions stay in the audit log.
Can parents see other children?
No. A parent sees only the children linked to their own mobile number.
