Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — free forever for one branch and up to 2 team members, with manual lead entry and CSV upload, the admissions pipeline, follow-ups, courses, fees and analytics. No card is needed.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
There is no time-limited trial — instead the Free plan is free forever, and the live demo lets you click through every Pro feature as any role with sample data. Upgrade to Pro whenever you are ready.
How is Pro priced?
Per user: ₹1,800 per user per month. Pay monthly, quarterly, every 6 months (10% off — ₹1,620 per user per month) or every 12 months (15% off — ₹1,530 per user per month). Branches are unlimited.
What happens to Pro features on the Free plan?
They stay visible in the app, shown dimmed with a lock and an “Upgrade to Pro” button. Your data in those areas is kept safely and comes back the moment you upgrade.
Is GST included in the prices?
No. Prices are exclusive of GST at 18%, which is added at checkout. Add your institute’s GSTIN in Plan & Billing and it appears on the tax invoice so you can claim input tax credit.
Can we add or remove users later?
Yes. Add users any time from Plan & Billing. Reducing users applies from your next billing period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your Pro plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed; after that your institute continues on Free. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Does the price include WhatsApp charges?
No. Meta’s WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by your WhatsApp Business provider under their own terms.
Can we get our data out?
Always. Owners can export leads and records at any time, on Free and Pro.
