Selling on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho? Track All Orders in One Place

Growing brands rarely sell in one place. A typical week might include website orders, a spike on Amazon, steady Flipkart sales and bulk Meesho orders. Each channel has its own dashboard, report format and status names — and nobody sees the full picture.

What "one dashboard" should mean

  • Every order in one list with channel, date, items, SKU, value and status.
  • Channel-wise revenue for the same period.
  • Cancellations and returns visible next to sales.
  • Exports your accountant or ops team can use.

The rule every seller must respect

Marketplace customers belong to the marketplace relationship. Their rules allow sellers to use buyer data to deliver the order and meet tax obligations — not to add those buyers to marketing lists or message them on WhatsApp. Breaking this can get your seller account suspended.

So how do you build your own customer base? Legitimately:

  • Put a QR code to your WhatsApp or website on packaging inserts with a genuine reason to connect (care instructions, warranty registration, size exchanges). A free WhatsApp link generator makes the QR in seconds.
  • Offer brand-site-only products or bundles.
  • Invest in your own ads and social channels that send people to your store or WhatsApp.

Setting it up in MizUp

  1. Open App Store → Marketplaces.
  2. Amazon: register as a private developer in Seller Central, create an app client, self-authorise it and paste the LWA client ID, secret and refresh token. Orders sync every 15 minutes.
  3. Flipkart: create a self-access application in Seller Hub (Manage Profile → Developer Access) and paste the App ID and secret.
  4. Meesho: download the orders report and upload it. Re-uploading updates statuses instead of duplicating orders.
  5. Open Store data to see every channel together, and connect your Shopify store for website orders.

Metrics worth watching weekly

  • Revenue and orders by channel.
  • Cancellation and return rate by channel and SKU.
  • Average order value by channel.
  • Top SKUs across all channels — often different from what a single dashboard suggests.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send WhatsApp offers to my Amazon or Flipkart buyers?

No. Marketplace rules let sellers use buyer information only to fulfil the order (and for tax). Marketing to those buyers off the platform breaks their policies.

Does Meesho have an API for suppliers?

Meesho provides API access through approved integration partners rather than a self-serve API for every supplier. Most suppliers use order reports from the Supplier Panel.

How often do marketplace orders sync?

API connections are typically polled every few minutes to respect rate limits. Reports can be uploaded any time for history, returns and cancellations.
