Free business calculators for India

GST, take-home salary, gratuity, HRA, PF, margins, break-even and more. Built by the team behind MizUp, with the tax rules for FY 2026-27 written out on every page.

Why we built these calculators

Every day, owners, accountants, HR teams and teachers stop what they are doing to work out a number: the GST on a quotation, what a candidate will take home from an offer, how much gratuity an employee leaving next month is owed, or how many classes a student must attend to sit the exam. Most of these answers need a formula and the latest rules, and both are easy to get wrong in a hurry.

MizUp builds software that does these calculations inside real workflows: MizUp Finance for GST billing and accounts, MizUp BMS for attendance, leave and payroll, MizUp CRM for leads and sales, MizUp CLM for WhatsApp and customer engagement, and MizUp EOS for schools and coaching institutes. These free tools take the same logic and put it on a page anyone can use.

How to get reliable answers

Each calculator explains the formula it uses and the rule behind it, with a worked example you can check by hand. Tax rules change every year, so the pages say which year they apply to: the income-tax slabs, standard deduction and rebate for FY 2026-27, the updated list of eight cities for the 50% HRA limit, the GST slabs in force since 22 September 2025, the ₹20 lakh gratuity and ₹25 lakh leave encashment exemptions, and the 8.25% EPF interest rate for FY 2025-26.

Use the results to plan, price and explain. For statutory filings, salary processing and legal documents, confirm the numbers with your accountant or with the records in your payroll and billing system.

Guides that go deeper

Each calculator links to a detailed guide on our blog: how to calculate GST, CTC vs in-hand salary, gratuity calculation, HRA exemption, how EPF is calculated, profit margin vs markup and break-even point. You will also find ready formats for salary slips, quotations and fee receipts.
