Why is there a minimum of 10 employees?
The minimum keeps pricing simple for small teams. Beyond 10, you pay only for active employees on MizUp BMS.
Is payroll included in every plan?
Payroll processing and payslips are included from the Growth plan. Starter covers core HR, attendance and leave.
How is MizUp priced?
CRM is priced per user, BMS per employee, CLM per workspace by contacts, Finance per business and LMS per learner — monthly or yearly, with yearly saving more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid CRM, CLM and BMS plans start with a 14-day free trial once autopay is set up; the trial covers core features for up to 5 users and your full plan unlocks with the first charge. Or skip the trial and get 15 extra days free on your first period. CRM and Finance also offer free plans for small teams.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Larger teams can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are shown exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout as applicable.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. For larger teams, multiple entities or special requirements, request a custom plan and our sales team will send you a tailored quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
