Yes. Paid CRM, CLM and BMS plans start with a 14-day free trial once autopay is set up; the trial covers core features for up to 5 users and your full plan unlocks with the first charge. Or skip the trial and get 15 extra days free on your first period. CRM and Finance also offer free plans for small teams.

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Larger teams can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

Yes. Assignment runs at capture — before anyone opens the CRM — using the rules you configure, with a sensible round robin until you do.

They go to two different people. The assignment cursor is locked per rule inside a database transaction, so the rotation can never double-assign.

Yes. Upload a CSV, map columns to MizUp fields and create missing custom fields during the import itself.

Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number and send approved templates, run sequences and see replies on the lead.

No. Each MizUp product has its own access. People only see the products and modules the owner grants them.

Meta charges per conversation. These are billed at actuals and shown clearly; the plan price covers the MizUp platform.

Templates you create are submitted to Meta from MizUp. Approval or rejection — with the reason — appears on the template automatically.

No. Quiet hours and frequency caps are enforced at the queue for every campaign and journey, and replies stop automation instantly.

Yes. CLM keeps its own contacts. If you also use CRM, contacts and events are shared automatically.

Yes. Add multiple numbers to one workspace and choose which number each campaign sends from.

Employees check in from their phone. MizUp measures the distance from the office location you configured and accepts the check-in inside the radius you set — per office, branch or site.

Yes. Start with attendance and leave, then switch on payroll, projects or performance whenever you are ready — the data underneath is already connected.

No. Payslips are personal and payroll management is a separate permission granted by the owner.

Yes. Every payroll run works out PF, ESI, Professional Tax for your state and TDS under the new regime, shows them on the payslip, and gives you a salary register and bank file. Filing the returns themselves (ECR, 24Q) is on our roadmap.

Invoices carry GSTIN, place of supply, HSN/SAC per line, taxable value and the CGST/SGST/IGST split, with an HSN-wise tax summary. GSTINs are checksum-validated before they reach an invoice.

Connect your own Razorpay account. Send a payment link from any fee, or parents tap Pay now in the portal. When the payment succeeds, EOS records it and creates the receipt automatically.

Yes. Receipts, offer letters, certificates, report cards and ID cards open as print-ready pages you can save as PDF. Certificates and ID cards carry a QR code that opens a verification page.

Yes. Upload a CSV with names, admission numbers and parent details into any class or batch. Admission numbers are generated if you do not have them.

Yes. Institutes with up to 50 students can use students, attendance, fees with receipts and payment links, notices and the parent portal free.
