Is Instagram DM automation safe for my account?
Yes, when it uses Meta's official Instagram API, which MizUp does. We never ask for your Instagram password, and we don't use bots, scraping or auto-follow tools. Messages are paced within Instagram's limits.
Which Instagram accounts can I connect?
Instagram Business and Creator accounts. If yours is a personal account, Instagram lets you switch to a professional account for free in a few taps.
Can MizUp send a DM to everyone who comments on my Reel?
Yes. You can trigger on a keyword or on any comment, for a specific post, all posts, or your next post. MizUp also posts a public reply so others know to check their DMs.
What is the Miz AI Clone?
It's Miz AI trained on your own website. You click Activate, Miz AI reads your pages, detects your industry and builds a knowledge base of your products, prices, FAQs and policies. It's in beta, and it answers only from information it has verified.
Will Miz AI make up prices or offers?
No. If a price, discount, delivery date or policy isn't on your website or in what you added, Miz AI says it will confirm with your team and hands the chat over.
Can I send PDFs in the DM?
MizUp sends a button that opens a link, for example a Google Drive guide, a product page or a Razorpay payment link. It's faster for customers and works the same on every phone.
Can the conversation continue on WhatsApp?
Yes, if the customer shares their number and agrees to hear from you on WhatsApp. The lead then moves into MizUp CLM journeys on your official WhatsApp number.
How is this different from ManyChat or other DM tools?
